Family Friendly Embroidery Workshop: Stitching the Past with the Present
Family Friendly Embroidery Workshop: Stitching the Past with the Present
Join us at the National Holocaust Museum for a free Family Friendly workshop where we explore how support of peers and community can help to heal people who have been through unimaginable suffering.
At children’s home – Lingfield House – Zdenka and other children who survived the Holocaust learnt, relaxed, played and healed. They embroidered a tablecloth showing their happiest moments in 1948. Join our expert staff to explore this original artefact as well as work together to create your own personal embroidered patch that captures the joys of your life and family.Event information
