Nocturnal Nature Walk
Nocturnal Nature Walk
Led by Graeme, our Conservation Manager, we’ll be keeping our ears open for the distinctive calls of Nightjars and Owls, using special detectors to pick up the clicks and calls of bats overhead, and check out our moth trap!
🌿 What to bring/wear: Suitable footwear and weather-appropriate clothing Long trousers and sleeves (recommended due to biting insects) A small torch (please keep beams low to avoid disturbing wildlife) This is a relaxed, family-friendly walk, perfect for nature lovers and curious minds alike. We’re committed to keeping our events open and accessible to everyone. Every contribution, big or small, makes a real difference and helps us continue our work.
