Repair Cafe

Event Details: Saturday, 18 October 2025 12:30 – 3:00pm Coreset, Newark (with free parking) �� Free entry (donations for cakes and drinks are welcome) The Repair Café invites local people to bring their broken or worn household items and give them a second life. Volunteer repairers will be on hand to help fix small electrical goods, bikes, laptops/pcs, and clothing – from hairdryers that won’t heat up, to laptops running slowly to jumpers with moth holes.

After sell-out shows, we’re delighted to announce that Tina’s Ultimate Rock Show will be rocking into Newark Palace Theatre for one night only on Friday July 17th with Special Guest Chris Miggells!!! International, award winning actress and singer Tina Hall (born in Newark) and her fantastic band take you on a magical rock 'n roll journey through the 60's, 70's and 80's with the best rock 'n roll anthems by the most iconic and legendary rock stars of our time including Stevie Nicks, Tina Turner, Queen, Guns and Roses, David Bowie, Fleetwood Mac, Bryan Adams, Blondie, The Rolling Stones and more!!! This is going to be an incredibly special and one of a kind show because this time Tina has a very special guest - the nationally acclaimed composer and pianist Chris Miggells!!!
